This policy covers the Socialheads website. The Socialheads app is separate: it is used under an agreement with the service that invited you, and that service sets what happens to information there.

What cookies do we use?

1. Google Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It tells us which pages are read, how long people stay, and which routes through the site work, so we can improve it. None of it loads unless you accept, and nothing here is used for advertising.

• Data collected: Pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, browser and device. We do not send Google your name, email or anything you type into a form
• Marketing: Not used for advertising or marketing, and no advertising features are enabled
• How long: Up to 2 years
• Where: Google is a US company. Its privacy policy covers what it does with the data

2. Cookie consent cookie

This cookie remembers whether you've accepted or rejected the use of cookies on our site. This ensures you aren't repeatedly shown the cookie banner during your visit.

• Purpose: Remember your choice regarding cookies (hasConsent)
• How long: 12 months

3. Security cookies (forms)

Pages with a form (contact, complaints, get started) use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated abuse away. Turnstile may set short-lived security cookies (such as __cf_bm, which typically expires within about 30 minutes) while it runs its check. These protect the form; they are not used to track you across the web, and they load only on pages that carry a form.

• How long: Short-lived, typically minutes
