Messages See how Socialheads helps care teams like yours communicate safely and effectively with young people
Right now, a young person might be supported and bullied on the same app. Their support worker sits in the same message list as everyone else who contacts them. Socialheads gives that support a space of its own.
Socialheads keeps a clear record of messages and actions, so the care your team gives is already evidenced when an inspector asks. Flagged messages and compliance reporting are built for the leads who carry that responsibility, and compliance stays yours to hold.
Invite support staff to group chats, or message young people directly. You are always in full control.
Connections are encrypted, personal data is encrypted field by field in the database, and every access to a record is itself recorded.
Safeguarding is built in, not bolted on: anyone can flag a message for review, every action leaves an audit trail, and safeguarding leads get break-glass access that is logged every time.
