Accessibility Statement

Socialheads is committed to providing a website and app that is accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability, technology or circumstance. We want every visitor to have a positive, inclusive experience.
This statement covers the Socialheads website. We hold the app to the same standard and assess each part as it ships.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is built into our design, development and testing processes, and we continue to improve based on feedback and emerging standards.
2. Accessibility achievements
- All pages are navigable using only a keyboard.
- Text is clear, readable and contrasts well with its background.
- The website structure uses semantic HTML and accessible ARIA labels where necessary.
- At this statement's most recent review, the site scored 100 for accessibility in Chrome Lighthouse testing.
3. Areas for improvement
While our website meets a high standard of accessibility, we have identified a few areas that require improvement and are currently being addressed:
- Focus highlighting: Some focus outlines are not sufficiently visible. We are updating these to ensure clearer keyboard navigation.
Two items from the previous statement are now resolved. The navigation no longer uses dropdown menus, so there is nothing in it a keyboard cannot reach, and decorative animation now follows a reduced-motion preference.
4. Testing and continuous improvement
Accessibility testing is carried out using Chrome Lighthouse, browser developer tools and manual checks with keyboard-only navigation. Testing takes place on major browsers and devices, and we regularly review accessibility performance during design and development cycles.
5. Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and platform. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

We aim to respond to all accessibility-related feedback within five working days.
