What Socialheads costs, and why: the price follows what a plan does and the size of the service you run.
Prices are per year, and we charge fairly for the context and the use. More safeguarding capability costs more, and a large school and a small children's home are different kinds of work, so they are priced differently. We'll always show you how your figure is worked out. And the Social Impact Rate exists for the same reason the company does: smaller services and charities should not be priced out of safeguarding capability.

Ideal if you want staff messaging built to support your UK GDPR responsibilities.
Suits a school running it for its staff, or a single team replacing group chats and texts.

Available by arrangement: federated single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, customer-managed encryption keys, and integrations with your case management or recording system. Integrations are scoped with your vendor and are custom work, so bring them up early and we'll plan them into your onboarding.

How the price is worked out
The people you support
We count the people your service supports, not the seats you buy. A smaller service sits near the £3,000 mark, larger ones scale from there, and the figure you see is the figure you pay, with nothing added for VAT.
