Built with
expertise and heart

Shaped by practitioners, safeguarding experts and young people, feature by feature.

Hi 👋 We are Socialheads.

Support should have a space of its own. We're building a safer home for everyday conversations between young people and the people who care for them: one that feels familiar to use but carries the safeguards, audit trails, and oversight that services need.

Every feature we build is shaped by the people who will use it. We work directly with practitioners, young people, organisations, and safeguarding experts to make sure Socialheads solves real problems in meaningful ways. It is research-led and co-designed, built for this work from the start.

Socialheads brings two decades of experience building digital tools for charities and social care, shaped with the social workers, DPOs and NHS leaders who advise us. That is how we build technology practitioners trust.

We're a social impact company with B Corp articles, building carefully and for the long term. We're ready to work with services across the UK, with clear governance, data protection designed around your UK GDPR responsibilities, and safeguarding protocols already in place.

Our mission is to create a safer, more connected future for young people and practitioners.

Our journey so far

From a single idea to safer, smarter communication in care. Here's how we've grown.

2024

Socialheads was founded and joined GoodTech Ventures with Catch22 and Social Tech Trust to shape our vision for safer communication in care.

2025

We pitched, networked with industry experts, co-designed with practitioners and Experience Haus, built our first prototype, and laid strong foundations in GDPR and safeguarding.

Now

Opening the doors to services across the UK.

Beyond

Expanding across the UK, building a safer, more connected future for young people and practitioners.

Founder story

Hi! I’m Jeremy, the founder of Socialheads. As a lead developer at Comic Relief, Save the Children and Barnardo’s, I’ve seen firsthand how the right digital tools can transform young people’s lives.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside care professionals who are dedicated to making a difference but often struggle with outdated systems that don’t support the way they need to work.

My mission is to change the trajectory of young people’s lives by giving care professionals the support and tools they need to help them thrive.

If you share this vision and want to be part of creating meaningful change, I’d love to hear from you.
