This policy covers the Socialheads website. The Socialheads app is separate: it is used under an agreement with the service that invited you, and that service sets what happens to information there.
What cookies do we use?
1. Page views, without cookies
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it does not identify you. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser information to produce the count and does not use it for anything else. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no advertising code on this site.
2. Security cookies (forms)
Pages with a form (contact, complaints, get started) use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated abuse away. Turnstile may set short-lived security cookies (such as __cf_bm, which typically expires within about 30 minutes) while it runs its check. These protect the form; they are not used to track you across the web, and they load only on pages that carry a form.

Why there is no cookie banner
A banner is required when a site wants to set cookies that are not strictly necessary. This site sets none, so there is nothing to ask. The security cookies on form pages are strictly necessary and do not need consent.
Data protection and GDPR compliance
We are committed to protecting your privacy and adhering to the GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. Page view counts are not used to identify you, and no cookie on this site is used for marketing, advertising, or sharing with third parties.
