Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 19 August 2025

Socialheads is committed to providing a website and digital platform that is accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability, technology or circumstance. We want every visitor to have a positive, inclusive experience.

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is built into our design, development and testing processes, and we continue to improve based on feedback and emerging standards.

2. Accessibility achievements

  • All pages are fully navigable using only a keyboard.
  • Text is clear, readable and contrasts well with its background.
  • The website structure uses semantic HTML and accessible ARIA labels where necessary.
  • We achieved a 100 accessibility score in Chrome Lighthouse testing.

3. Areas for improvement

While our website meets a high standard of accessibility, we have identified a few areas that require improvement and are currently being addressed:

  • Focus highlighting: Some focus outlines are not sufficiently visible. We are updating these to ensure clearer keyboard navigation.
  • Dropdown menus: Certain dropdown elements are not essential to navigation but currently cannot be opened or closed using the keyboard. We are working to make these fully accessible.
  • Reduced motion settings: Some decorative animations may still appear for users who prefer reduced motion. This will be corrected in future updates.

4. Testing and continuous improvement

Accessibility testing is carried out using Chrome Lighthouse, browser developer tools and manual checks with keyboard-only navigation. Testing takes place on major browsers and devices, and we regularly review accessibility performance during design and development cycles.

5. Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and platform. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

We aim to respond to all accessibility-related feedback within five working days.
